Local Landmarks: The office building is light tan with green trim. We are located next to the Dunkin Donuts on West Main Street. There is ample parking on site.
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We accept Visa/Master Card/Discover, personal checks, and cash. We will process all insurance claims for you and do so electronically. For your convenience we also offer a no interest payment plan option through Care Credit for those who qualify.
Appointment Scheduling Details
Patients are scheduled for 60 minutes for the first visit. Please come 15 minutes early so that we can answer any questions you may have and so that you can finish your paperwork (if not already done). Please do your best to not miss or cancel appointments. Timely care is important!
